Oak Floorboards in Sussex, Kent & Surrey
Authentic Reclamation is a reclamation yard based on the Kent and Sussex border and supplies reclaimed building materials to the whole of the South East including Surrey and South London. We have been sourcing and supplying reclaimed building materials to the building, landscaping and private sectors for more than 20 years.
We currently stock new kiln dried oak floorboards machined from the finest European oak. The boards are tongued & grooved all round and are used in the picture to form an oak floor in a new build office. The development also used our green oak beams as a timber frame and was roofed with hand-made nib tiles, also supplied from our yard.
We also stock rough sawn oak boards in random lengths and widths, but graded into separate thicknesses. The bench shown in the gallery below was built from our rough sawn oak boards.
Reclaimed Oak Floorboards
We occasionally stock reclaimed oak floorboards, call us to find out about our current stock.
Reclaimed Pine Floorboards
If you prefer pine flooring, our Victorian pine floorboards varies from 5 to 8 inches in width (we occasionally get wider boards) and up to 25 feet in length. Reclaimed and denailed pine floorboards are stored in the dry and are ready for use.
We also stock pine boards that have been machined out of original Victorian pine joists. These are straight edged, planed and ready to lay with no more than a light sanding required to complete the job. Our stock is mostly golden or yellow pine, but we do occasionally stock pitch pine boards as well.

Our yard is full of all sorts of reclaimed building materials, when we get items of special interest we try to take pictures of them. The gallery on this page contains just an example of the sort of reclaimed Oak and Pine floor boards that we have in the yard.
